- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment at 8am for some bloods. Had work to go to hence the early app. I was the first and only person sat in the waiting room 15 mins later and still not been seen. Asked the receptionist what was the hold up..to which she replied.. I've just seen her (the nurse) come in, she won't be too long! If I make an appointment for 8am. I'm the first person to be there. Surely I'd be expecting to be seen pretty quickly? Yet if I was 30 seconds late I'd have missed the appointment. Which has happened to me before. If your not going to see people at the allocated times don't make them with them! Had to walk out as I'd of been late for work if I'd stayed any longer.by Jay SortonNovember 29, 2017
